60 minutes of Hatha and Iyengar yoga. Slower paced styles that focus on balance, stretching and posture. Improves posture and increases flexibility whilst toning and strengthening the body.
40 minutes of slow-paced yoga with gentle stretches followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation. Ideal for relaxing the mind and relieving stress and tension from the mind and body.
